Seeking, and finding, the deep truths is the most crucial parts of building anything new and lasting. This is our joy, and we are dedicated to deeply understanding our domains, techniques, and systems. We work as a team: seeking and providing help regularly. Our decisions are rooted in data and safe, transparent debate and are well documented.
Extreme Ownership
We trust each person to fully own their responsibilities and execute with urgency. Collaboration when solving hard problems is vital, but we strive to make reasonable decisions and drive projects forward independently. Extreme ownership also means owning up to our failures as well as our successes; we do so actively. When a heroic effort is needed, we put it forth willingly but know that it points to something having gone very wrong elsewhere, and go fix that next, with urgency.
Our story
Nashville roots. Global ambitions.
In the healthcare capital of the South, a team of humble nerds got serious about fixing healthcare operations. So we built UnityAI, agentic operations that automate the administrative grind within the most complex, high-stakes healthcare environments. From staffing and scheduling to back-office logistics, our autonomous systems take on the work that slows health systems down. That way, staff has the time and energy to focus on what, or who, matters most: the patients.
Rooted in Nashville but built for the world, we scale our work across borders, care settings, and health systems. Our team cut its teeth inside HCA Healthcare, tackling some of the toughest operational challenges in medicine at enterprise scale.
That experience shaped our conviction that agentic AI — with human oversight — is the key to bending the cost and complexity curve in health operations. Today, that same discipline drives UnityAI. We combine enterprise-grade reliability with breakthrough autonomy to deliver solutions that are safe, scalable, and profoundly human for the future of healthcare operations.
